Where do I even begin? Dr. Wendt is the most caring and knowledgeable Dr I have been around. I suffer from migraines (especially during that time of the month) and no one has been able to address them. I was visiting the area and was suffering from a severe migraine and when I went to see her, she put me on a treatment plan for the remainder of my stay and was able to help me tremendously. If you or your family (she even treats kids!) have any real concerns, she’s the one to see!

Wow! First time trying acupuncture and for someone who cries still getting flu shots this is way out of my comfort zone. Yes I’m 35 and I cry. Michelle worked wonders on a migraine and vision issue that I was experiencing. Both had subsided immediately following the appointment and has not come back since. Will def go again and recommend to others!

BOTTOM LINE – IT WORKS!
Suffering sucks. I came into the practice suffering from knee pain that wasn’t getting better with rest, ice, therapy, yoga, etc. I couldn’t sleep at night from the pain and I needed relief. But I didn’t want drugs.
Anyway, I heard of Dr. Michelle from a friend and figured, what did I have to lose? I’ve never done something like this before, and I was definitely skeptical.
Despite my skepticism, the pain went from an 8 to a 3 after the first session, and over time dropped all the way down to a 1 (I’m probably always going to have some baseline pain – football/Marines). Dr. Michelle says that it takes time/multiple sessions to work, and she’s right (at least in my case).
I love it because it’s GOOD care, quick, replicable, doesn’t involve medications, and worth it to be (essentially) pain free. May not work for everyone but sure did for me.
The staff are great, nice, and the whole place feels soothing. If you’re not the “acupuncture” type but ARE suffering, consider giving it a try.
